Our body is maintained by our brain. To have a balanced health we have keep our brain cool and steady. When we tensed a lot we can see physical changes. So if anyone wants to loose extra weight or try to have a slim figure, never diet. it pressures your brain and sometimes some body functions can be stopped. To have a slim figure you control your unlimited eating habit. Eat 3 times a day. what ever you like to eat, but eat less than yesterday. After every 7 days you have minus some food. Beside this thing, try yoga or jogging in early morning. When you will come to expected figure,continue the food amount of expected figure time.
